Returns & Refunds

KING-KANE GROUP does not sell products directly through king-kane-group.com. Purchases are made through our portfolio brand storefronts (Planet Drip, FlyDrip, Detour Global, Japan-ez, Apex Underground), each with its own returns and refunds policy. The general principles below apply across the group.
Right of withdrawal (UK / EU)
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise the right, contact the relevant brand at the email shown on its brand page.
Condition of returned goods
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Limited-edition or archived drops may be marked as final sale at checkout and are not eligible for return except in the case of a defect.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact the brand within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued via our payment processor Stripe to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Digital products and services
Digital products and services (including Detour Global content subscriptions and Apex Underground event tickets) are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
