Cancellations & Refunds

KING-KANE GROUP offers monthly advertising subscription plans through thekingkanegroup.com. This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and billing for all subscription services purchased directly from us. For products or services bought through our portfolio brand websites, those brands' own policies apply.
14-day free trial
All advertising plans begin with a 14-day free trial. No charge is taken during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the monthly fee shown at checkout.
Monthly billing & renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your first paid charge. You authorise Stripe to charge the payment method on file for the monthly subscription fee until you cancel. A valid payment method must be kept on file for the subscription to remain active.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing support@thekingkanegroup.com. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are given for cancellations made mid-period except where required by law.
Refund policy
Because our subscription services are digital and delivered in real time (campaign placement, reporting, and account management), fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund where a technical fault prevented service delivery or where required by UK / EU consumer law. Refund requests should be sent to support@thekingkanegroup.com within 14 days of the charge in question.
Failed payments
If a monthly charge fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the payment automatically. If payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You can update your payment method at any time from your account dashboard to avoid interruption.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Chargebacks raised in bad faith — including those filed without prior attempt to resolve with us — may result in suspension of your account and recovery of associated costs.
