Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

2. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with operation, scraping at scale, transmitting malware, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the underlying code — is owned by KING-KANE GROUP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

4. Portfolio brands

Products and services from Planet Drip, FlyDrip, Detour Global, Japan-ez, and Apex Underground are sold, supplied or delivered through their respective brand storefronts and platforms. Those brands' own terms, refund, and shipping policies apply to those transactions.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, payment is declined, or fraud is suspected. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we issue an order confirmation by email.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates. By submitting payment information you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method provided for the order total (including taxes and shipping where applicable). We do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive authentication data — these are handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS.

Where Strong Customer Authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure) is required by your bank, you may be asked to complete an additional verification step. Failure to complete authentication will cause the transaction to fail and no contract will be formed.

6. Subscriptions and recurring charges

Where a product is sold on a recurring basis (e.g. a Detour Global membership), you authorise us and Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel upcoming renewals at any time from your account or by emailing support@king-kane-group.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current period except where required by law.

7. Chargebacks and fraud

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund. Chargebacks raised in bad faith — including those filed after digital goods or services have been delivered without prior attempt to resolve with us — may result in suspension of your account and recovery of associated costs.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. User submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, or proposals (including through the contact form), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KING-KANE GROUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KING-KANE GROUP harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms affects any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
